- Please include all original tags, accessories, and documentation that came with the product.
2. Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure your return is received.
- Shipping fees from the original order are non-refundable.
3. Return Process
- To initiate a return, please contact our Customer Service Team at support@brntwd.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Once your return request is approved, you will receive instructions on how to ship the product back to us.
4. Refunds
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved, the refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Please note that any items that are damaged, used, or not in their original condition may be subject to a restocking fee or may not qualify for a refund.
5. Exchanges
- If you wish to exchange an item for a different color, please follow the same return process and place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Non-Returnable Items
